Integrated Messaging for Campus Habitat
Campus Habitat utilizes Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 / Microsoft Outlook as their primary email, calendaring, contact and task solution for their organization. Campus Habitat receives thousands of emails every month from existing and potential tenants of the properties they manage. Utilizing the Public Folders in Microsoft Exchange allows for each property to have its own email address which multiple users can share to ensure fanatical communication with tenants. Not only do Public Folders allow them to communicate quickly and efficiently with tenants, it also allows them to share information dealing with each property such as calendar events for the properties and contacts for repairs and improvements.
