They needed a better way to view their data, they needed a solution which was easier to use, customizable to their needs, allowed for greater enterprise search features, allowed for all case information to be viewed in one place, allowed for remote access for lawyers outside the office and most importantly, allowed for multiple users to access case management data at once. Mayer Networks introduced Microsoft SharePoint Server and deployed a brand new content management system from the ground up.
So far their new content management system based from Microsoft Office SharePoint Server has fulfilled their needs and wants. With the integration of all the Microsoft Office applications, tasks that used to be performed on paper are now completely electronic and organized.
